Did you know that you can make carrot cakes as easy as 2 steps? Well, brace yourself because today’s recipe is as tasty as what your local bakeshop or café serves but quick to make. You can serve this in gatherings, special occasions, or on just any normal day. Personally, upon learning this recipe, I just make them whenever I crave some carrot cake, you can say it’s a guilty pleasure of mine, but you can’t blame me once you’ve tasted this brilliant cake recipe. Chocolate glaze
Step 1:
In a blender, put the chopped carrots, eggs, cooking oil, and orange juice then mix it for 2 minutes. Pour and transfer in a large mixing bowl, then add sugar, mix well with a whisk. Add wheat flour and baking powder to the mixture while mixing occasionally, continue stirring until the batter is well-combined. Grease the baking pan with butter and transfer the cake batter into it. Pop it in a preheated 180°C oven and let it cook for 40 minutes.

Step 2:
In a pot, put in the butter, chocolate-flavored powder, sugar, and milk. Mix it well until it is boiling and the mixture has thickened. Once, it’s done and you’ve checked that the cake batter is cooked all the way through, you can start pouring the chocolate glaze on top of the cake. Let it cool down before cutting the cake.
