• 1 box of Devil’s Food cake mix
• 1 jar of Maraschino Cherries (divided, first 12 cherries drained and chopped)
• 1 & 1/2 cups of Cherry Coke
• Cooking spray (for the pan)

For The Poke Icing:

• 2 sticks of butter (1 cup)
• 1/3 cup of the Maraschino Cherry juice
• 3 cups of powdered sugar
• More Maraschino Cherries (for garnish)
