Ingredients:
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 medium-sized onion (diced)
- 1 medium-sized green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil or butter
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1/2 cup of ketchup
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 can (14.5 oz) of diced tomatoes
- 3 cups of chicken broth
- 12 oz of uncooked farfalle pasta (or any preferred pasta)
- 1 cup of corn
- 8 oz of Velveeta cheese (cubed)
- 1 and 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions:
Step 1:
Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Break into pieces and cook until no longer pink. Drain the grease from the beef, then add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add onions and peppers. Next, season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until the onions are soft and translucent, then add the garlic. Stir for 1 minute.
Step 2:
Add the water, ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to the beef. Give it a good mix, then pour the chicken broth. Bring it to a boil over high heat. Add the corn, tomatoes, and pasta. Cover with the lid and lower the heat to medium-high. Let it cook for 8 to 9 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
