Make sure you have all of the ingredients ready.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prepare the broccoli florets by chopping them into small pieces and steaming them.
In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups steamed and chopped broccoli, 12 cup minced bell pepper, 2 cloves minced garlic, 12 cup cheddar cheese, 4 ounces softened cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste, and toss to combine thoroughly.
Make a mental note to put it aside. Combine thoroughly until everything is evenly distributed.
Using a generous sprinkle of 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 12 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, salt and pepper, season the chicken breasts on both sides. Then, slice horizontally to create a pocket in the middle of the pie.
Fill each chicken breast evenly with the filling mixture, spooning it in with a spoon and securing it with a toothpick if necessary.
Grease a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and add the chicken breasts, cooking over medium-high heat until the chicken is cooked through.
Allow the chicken to cook for approximately 2-3 minutes per side, or until it is golden brown and crispy. After that, carefully set the pan in the oven while it is still covered with aluminum foil.
Allow it to cook for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or until it is thoroughly cooked.
