This cheesesteak pasta bake dish Coop Can Cook on YouTube look delicious and a must-try. I’ve never actually had pasta with steak in it, but I do love Philly cheesesteaks. This would such a creamy and creamy dish to make with a bunch of flavors bursting in every bite. I’m not a big white sauce person, but this is made from scratch and I love homemade recipes. I would give this recipe a try on days where I have pasta night and want to try something different. Casseroles are always good to make, and reheating this pasta would still taste as good.
First, preheat the oven to 375F. Cook the pasta noodles and set aside. Add the steak to a skillet while seasoning it and cook until browned. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the red peppers. Saute and add the spinach until it is wilted. Continue to watch Coop Can Cook tutorial on YouTube for full instructions and details.
Next, add the rotini pasta to the bottom of the greased casserole dish, and pour the sauce on top to mix well. Then, add in the steak to mix together. Sprinkle the remaining cheeses and green onions on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
My mouth is watering from this recipe because the steak looks so juicy in the pasta bake. Even though this might not be the healthiest meal, I think having the creamy sauce mixed all together with the meat and veggies is perfect.
