How to Paint a Beach on Rocks

Paint the top part blue to create the ocean. Let it dry completely before moving to the next color.

Clean your brush or get a different brush. Using a lighter shade of blue, paint the middle section, following the curves of the ocean. Let it dry completely.

Using a small pointed brush, paint dots between the ocean and beach, covering the curved line.

Mix your brown paint with a little bit of white to make a tan color. Paint a 5-pointed star on the bottom section.

Add details to your starfish. Take your yellow paint and add dots to the star.

Outline the star with a darker shade of brown.

Let it dry completely. If you’re going to place it in your garden, make sure to seal it to protect it from environmental damage.
