Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large eggs
Directions:
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Crumple two pieces of parchment paper and place them in a 6 x 3″ round pan. Set aside. Next, add 2 blocks (2 cups) of softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and whisk until softened. Stir in 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk and continue to whisk until combined. Beat three large eggs (at room temperature) and gradually add them into the cream cheese mixture.
Step 2
Once done, pour the batter into the prepared pan and tap it a few times to remove air bubbles. Place the cake pan in the preheated oven at 400 degrees F and bake for 25 minutes. After baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool down completely. Once cooled down, remove the parchment paper and serve. Enjoy!
