Thinly slice the chicken breast and place in a bowl. Season with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix until well combined. Let the chicken marinate for about 30 minutes.
Insert the chicken into skewers and place on a deep baking dish to catch the oil drippings. Place inside the oven and bake at 392 F for about 25 minutes. Remove them from the oven and flip to the other side. Bake for another 10 minutes.
Add the chopped parsley in a bowl, followed by 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined.
