- 1 roll of 2 1/2″ print strips
- 1 pack of 10″ background squares
- 3/4 yard of border
- 3/4 yard of binding
- 4 1/2 yards of backing
How to Make All Stars Quilt
Step 1:
Take one 10″ background square and fold it in half twice to make a crease line. Get a 2 1/2″ print strip and place it in a diagonal just like in the photo below. Sew with a 1/4″ seam allowance. You can pull it over a bit but make sure when you fold it back, it covers that corner. Don’t get it past the 2 1/2″ width. Cut the excess. The points don’t have to be the exact same sizes. Just make sure they meet the middle point. Grab another strip and do the same step. Repeat for all sides. Do the same for all the squares.
Step 2:
Set your seams, and press each strip open. Flip the block. Trim off the excess using the block as your guide. Repeat with all the blocks.
