The Kelly just rubs the chicken tenders with olive oil and then, just seasons it well and then pop the white meat cutlets in the air fryer at 165°F or 20 minutes, that is 10 minutes on each side, and you have a delicious meal for the family ready to go!

  • 2 pounds of chicken tenderloins (or precut strips)
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 beaten eggs (with 1/4 cup of milk whipped in)
  • 1 cup of flavored breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of  onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1/3 cup of parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil cooking spray
