Ingredients:

  • Butter (approx. 2-3 tbsp) for cooking eggs and for brushing on the biscuit bombs.
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives or green onions
  • 4 strips bacon or some crumbled cooked sausage (about 4 tbsp worth)
  • 1 tube of refrigerated canned biscuits
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese (I used cheddar)
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Directions:

First, cook your bacon strips or sausage to put into the biscuit bombs. Also, scramble the eggs and prep any other ingredients that you would like for the filling. Then, flatten the biscuit dough and add the breakfast fillings inside. Fold and seal the edges of the biscuit.

Next, brush the biscuit bombs with some butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning if desired. Place the biscuit bombs on top of a lined parchment paper in the air fryer. Bake at 375F for about 10 minutes.
