Dunkin’ Donuts is preparing for Halloween this year by offering a new Spicy Ghost Pepper Doughnut to stores nationwide on October 14th. It’s described as a yeast ring donut with spicy ghost pepper strawberry dipping frosting and sprinkled with Red Sanding sugar. Now, that sounds a little spooky and wild. Although I can handle my spice, I think it’s a weird combination, but others might find it tasty. I think it’s worth the taste test, and it would be cool to see everyone’s reaction and videos.

The sweetness should somewhat balance out the ghost pepper (hopefully), but I think it would be interesting to see how many people will be trying out this new spicy ghost pepper doughnut. So, next time you’re getting an iced coffee fix at Dunkin’ Donuts, don’t forget to ask for the new Halloween doughnut. There are other specialty doughnuts that Dunkin’ is offering too if you don’t want to take the risk such as a classic doughnut that’s dressed in orange with sprinkles and drizzles.
Plus the spider doughnut is back this year too that has a “spider” munchkin donut hole placed in a center of an orange frosted doughnut. So get ready because these doughnuts are sold for a limited time only. This might be scary enough for Halloween this year that these donuts could taste surprisingly really good. I love specialty doughnuts for the holidays, and they are always fun to be festive.
Also, theendorsement on YouTube was able to try out the Spicy Ghost Pepper Doughnut at his local Dunkin’ earlier than the launch date. The red sugar crystals look so cute on the doughnut, and I love how it doesn’t look dangerous at all. It looks very girly and like a cute strawberry doughnut. In the review video, he explains thoroughly how the doughnut tastes and now I’m convinced to try it for myself.
