This souffle omelette by Nino’s Home on YouTube is super fluffy inside with a nice crisp on the outside. I’m ready to make these after watching this video because it looks so good. Plus, it takes only 4 ingredients to make, and most likely you’d have these on hand already. I’ve seen this omelette on TikTok and other social media outlets, but never tried to make it myself. I’m so glad that I came across this video because I think my omelette making has changed now. Honestly, just for the fun of it, I would love to make a bunch of these for breakfast. This would a cool experience to make this type of omelette for breakfast because it looks very simple to make.
First, separate the egg whites and yolk from two eggs into separate bowls. Then, whisk the egg whites and sugar together until it gets to a light foamy texture. Pour in the egg yolks and mix the two together.
Next, add butter and pour the egg mixture into the pan. Cover with a lid and let it cook on low heat for 3 minutes. Carefully fold over the omelette, and turn it on its side to cook the inside for a little. Watch Nino’s Home tutorial on YouTube for the full instructions and details.
Overall, I’m amazed how fluffy this omelette is, and it has become popular over the internet. It looks easier than it seems, which I’m sure it’s not that hard to make either. It’s so satisfying how foamy and cloud-like it looks on the inside. Plus, Nino’s Home has all-natural sounds in his videos, so it’s cool to hear how bouncy the omelette it is when he cuts it.
