I’m not much of a white chocolate or strawberry type of gal, but these cookies look phenomenal. I came across The Cookie Rookie’s YouTube video and these cookies were so vibrant. I think they’re super fun and perfect for the summer. This strawberry cake mix cookie recipe will blow your mind. I’ve never made cookies out of cake mix, but this is a quick, easy hack to use in cookies. After watching this video, I want to make these cookies because they save time rather than making everything from scratch. (Only if you’re in a hurry to satisfy your strawberry cookie cravings). At the same time, waiting for cookies to bake is one of the hardest when all you want to do is eat them instantly. I can’t wait to try this strawberry cookie recipe out for my friends who love this sweet combo.
First, preheat your oven to 350F. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and baking powder. In a separate bowl, mix all of the ingredients together, then whisk until well combined.
Then, once everything is nicely mixed, using a small ice cream scoop, drop rounded balls of the dough onto your baking sheet. Bake the cookies for 9-10 minutes.
Lastly, once they’re finished, you can add more chocolate chips on top to make them look pretty. Allow the cookies to rest for 10 minutes so they can firm and flatten before devouring.
