How in the world could someone think of making bacon taste better than it already does? Well, someone went there because I just saw this great recipe on Youtube where a genius chef just made Candy Bacon, Yay! Now I know exactly what I am going to greet my guests with on Superbowl Sunday and they turn out caramelized and stiff so I’m going to display them in cute Mason Jars, I decorated in a Country Gingham Motif, all along my new bar area. I know they are going to go perfectly with my pre-game Bloody Marys and Crown Royal Apple Slushes I plan on serving. I’m so excited, this is how you make this succulent crunchy Candy Bacon:

Ingredients:
One Packet Of Bacon
2 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos (or Soy Sauce)
4 Tbsp Hot Sauce (your favorite, I like Tobasco)
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
4 Tbsp Sriracha Chili Sauce (or your favorite one)
2 to 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Cracked Black Pepper (to taste)
Directions:
Mix your hot sauce, chili sauce, Maple Syrup, and Liquid Aminos (or Soy Sauce) in a small bowl.
Brush your delicious Maple Chili Sauce liberally over your bacon.
Sprinkle the top of your chili sauce coated bacon with sugar and cracked black pepper (according to taste, but you want enough sugar to be able to melt to a crunchy glaze).
Bake your gorgeous bacon in a pre heated 375 degree oven for 16 minutes, then immediately remove bacon from the baking tray and cool on a well ventilated wire rack ( make it super crispy).
