Get one toilet roll, cut it, and lay it flat. Draw 2 circles 2.56 in diameter, then a straight line 1/4″ from the long edge. Cut them out.
Take another piece of roll and repeat the same process except for the line. Instead of cutting a straight line on the edge, use crinkle-cut scissors to make two strips.
You will need 6 circles for the top and 6 pieces for the bottom for a total of 12 circles.
Fold each circle in half twice. Glue on the center edge to keep them folded.
Make the top pieces. Get one piece of a quarter circle, then add glue on one straight edge. Place another one on top. Repeat with the remaining 4 pieces then glue the ends together.
Repeat with the bottom circles.
Hot glue the top and bottom together.
Glue the 2 crinkle-cut strips all around the middle. Decorate it with yarn. See the photo below for reference.
Take a piece of yarn and tie the ends together. Take the strip, then wrap it on the tied end. Glue it on the top of the ornament.
