Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, add the crushed Oreos and melted butter, then mix them until combined and wet sand texture, and transfer the mixture to a 9-inch pie dish. Spread it evenly to the bottom, then press it firmly and up the sides as well, and place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes until set.

Step 2

Place a small saucepan on a stove over medium heat, then add the heavy cream, and bring it to a simmer. Turn off the heat and remove the saucepan from the stove, then add in the chopped chocolate, and let it sit for a minute before stirring until melted and smooth.

Step 3

Add the vanilla extract followed by a pinch of salt, then give them a good stir, and pour the mixture into the chilled Oreo crust. Spread it smoothly and evenly, then put it back in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours or until firm, while waiting, prepare the topping.

Step 4

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, then mix everything until incorporated, add the chopped pecans, and stir them until evenly distributed. Spread the coconut topping over the chocolate filling evenly, then let the pie chill for an additional hour until set. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
