These dinner rolls are not only very delicious but easy and convenient to make, too, especially if you don’t have an oven because you can bake these in your crockpot! I’m sure the entire family will love these dinner rolls that they’d ask you to make these more often.
Step 1
Line a crockpot with parchment paper, then lightly grease it with nonstick cooking spray, and turn it to warm before setting it aside. In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the flour, sugar, yeast, milk, salt, and ¼ cup of the melted butter, then mix it around using a dough hook attachment until the dough clings to the hook and is smooth and elastic.
Step 2
Add more flour ¼ cup at a time if the dough is still sticky, then divide the dough into 9 to 12 pieces evenly, and roll each into balls. Place the dough balls in the prepared crockpot, then cover it with the lid, and let it sit warm for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Turn the crockpot to high, then let the rolls cook for about ½ to 2 hours or until the edges of the rolls are golden brown. In a small bowl, add the remaining melted butter followed by the garlic powder, parsley, and parmesan, then mix them until incorporated, and brush it over the rolls. Break them apart, then serve warm, and enjoy!
