True to its name, this dish is everything you’d ever want in a pizza, except there’s no dough or crust, just purely fillings and toppings! It’s also a dish that I’m sure would be hard to resist for kids and picky eaters, and it’s convenient to make when you’re busy or have little time to cook.
Step 1
Grease the skillet well with oil, then place it on a stove over medium-high heat, and add the sausage and some sage to taste if you like.
Step 2
Break the meat apart and mix it with the seasoning to combine, then cook it until nice and brown, and turn off the heat.
Step 3
Add in the diced bell pepper and onion (you can microwave them for a minute before adding or saute them along with the meat), then add the tomato slices on top, and pour in the sauce.
Step 4
Arrange the pepperoni, mushrooms, and black olives on top of the sauce, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, and place the skillet in an oven preheated at 350°F.
Step 5
Let it bake for about 30 minutes or until bubbling on the sides, then serve, and enjoy!
