Love chicken sausages? You can easily make one at home with FOOD ADDICT‘s homemade chicken sausage recipe. Who knew it was this easy to make? We used to buy frozen ones in stores until I found this recipe on YouTube. What I love most about homemade recipes is that you can customize the flavor according to your liking. If you want it to be spicy, go ahead and add more spices. If not, just put a little or nothing at all.

Add the boneless chicken to a food processor and ground.
Once done, add pepper powder, chili powder, salt, oregano, spice mix, all-purpose flour, corn flour, and soy sauce. Process until it has a paste-like texture. Transfer to a bowl.
Rub a little oil into your hands. Form the chicken mixture into four to five sausages.
Wrap each sausage with aluminum foil.
Fill a pot with water halfway through, then let it come to a boil. Once boiling, add the sausages, then place back the lid. Let it cook for about 20 minutes. Once done, remove them from the pot and let it cool for a while until cool enough to handle. Remove the foil and your sausage is ready to fry.
Add oil to a pan over heat. Once hot, add the homemade sausages and fry until browned on all sides.
