No-Bake Biscoff and Cream Dessert Ingredients

  • 2 packs of Biscoff cookies
  • 1 cup of milk for dipping

For the cream:

  • 4 cups of whole milk
  • 1/2 cup of cornstarch
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 3 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
  • 4 oz unsalted butter

For the topping:

  • Biscoff cookies (crumbled)

 

How to Make Biscoff and Cream Dessert

Step 1:

Start by making the cream. In a saucepan, add half of the sugar and salt. Cook over medium heat until it is steaming hot.

Step 2:

In a bowl, add egg yolks, sugar, cream, and cornstarch. Whisk until smooth.

Step 3:

Pour the hot milk into the egg mixture and whisk to combine. Transfer the mixture back to the saucepan and let it cook over medium heat, whisking continuously until thick.

Step 4:

Once thick, remove from heat and whisk in vanilla and butter. Place a strainer over a large bowl, and pour the cream.

Step 5:

Pour the milk into a shallow bowl and dip the cookies for just a few seconds.

Step 6:

Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking tray with the cookies. Add another layer of cookies if desired. Top it with half of the cream. Spread evenly. Add another layer or two of cookies. Spread the remaining cream on top. Cover it with a plastic wrap.

Step 7:

Place it in the fridge to chill for about 4 hours or in the freezer for about 1 to 2 hours.

Step 8:

Add the remaining cookies to a food processor and pulse into crumbs. Sprinkle the crumbled cookies over the cream. Slice it into portions. Serve and enjoy!
