These are the basic ingredients, but don’t be afraid to add your preferred seasonings or spices to make it extra flavorful. Roasting the cauliflower with olive oil and seasonings will result in a crunchy and flavorful meal. Remember that cauliflower has a high moisture content, so when baking, try to spread the florets and avoid overcrowding the baking sheet. If you do this, you will get crispy florets.
