Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F or 175°C, then grease a square baking pan with butter or nonstick cooking spray, and set it aside.

In a large mixing bowl, add the almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, salt, and lemon zest, then give them a good whisk to combine, and set the mixture aside.

In a separate bowl, add the softened butter and lemon juice, then beat them until creamy, and then add the eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract making sure to mix well in between each addition until incorporated.

Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry mixture while stirring continuously until smooth batter, then add the fresh blueberries, and fold them in until evenly distributed.
