Start by heating the oven to 425F, then spraying a 15x10x1 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Unroll the thin crust pizza crust, then place it on the prepared baking pan. Press up and extend it over the sides by at least 1 inch. Place the cheese sticks around the inside edges. Fold the extended edge of the dough over the cheese, then press it firmly to seal.
In a small mixing bowl, add melted butter and finely chopped garlic. Mix until well combined. Brush the mixture over the bottom and the edges of the dough. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on the edges.
Spread the pizza sauce over the dough evenly, then sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Top the pizza with pepperoni slices, sausage, sliced mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, and olives.
Place the pizza inside the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven, then sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheese over the toppings. Place back in the oven and bake for 5 to 7 minutes more or until the cheese is melted. Once done baking, let it stand for about 5 minutes before cutting.
