If you can’t choose between chicken alfredo and lasagna, then have them both at the same time with this recipe by Kitchen Fun With My 3 Sons on YouTube. This dish is very hearty and delicious, and super easy to make, perfect for lunch or dinner!

You can use leftover chicken and cheese in this recipe which makes it budget-friendly, and you can cook this in just a couple of minutes, too. It’s a super convenient food to make especially if you’re too busy, and if you want you can make this in larger batches so you can share it with a crowd.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F, then cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, and drain off all the water.
Step 2
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the chicken, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper, then give them a good mix and set it aside.
Step 3
Spread ½ cup of alfredo sauce on the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish, then lay out the lasagna noodles on a large cutting board, and spread the chicken and cheese mixture over the noodles evenly.
Step 4
Gently roll up each lasagna noodle, then place them in the prepared baking dish with their seam-side facing down, and pour the remaining alfredo sauce over the rolls evenly.
Step 5
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the lasagna rolls and then place them in the preheated oven.
Step 6
Let them bake for about 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let it cool slightly, then serve immediately, and enjoy!
