Ingredients:

  • 1 lb medium ground beef
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 3 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 1 box of Kraft dinner
  • 1 medium can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 1/2 cups old sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

Step 1

Heat some oil in a pan over medium-high heat, then add the ground beef. Break them up and cook until browned. Once browned, push them to one side of the pan, then add the chopped onion and 3 cloves of chopped garlic. Saute for a few minutes until fragrant, then mix it with the ground beef. Next, stir in 1 box of Kraft Dinner (includes the cheese powder), a can of diced tomatoes, and 1 cup of milk. Mix all together until combined and bring it to a soft boil.

Step 2

Next, season with 2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp ground black pepper. After this, add 1 cup of frozen peas, and 1 can of corn. Mix everything well together, then cover the pan with its lid. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the pasta cooks up, giving it an occasional stir (about 10 minutes). Once done, remove the lid and top it with 1 1/2 cups of old sharp cheddar cheese. Cover it again and let it cook until the cheese melts. Serve and enjoy!
