Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 1 lb Velveeta, cubed
- 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 8 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 8 oz block of cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapenos
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
Directions:
Step 1
Add the ground beef in a large skillet and cook until browned. Once browned, drain the excess grease and add 1 packet of taco seasoning. Mix well until combined. Once done, transfer it to your slow cooker along with 1 lb cubed Velveeta, 8 oz block cubed cream cheese, 8 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese, 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies, 1/2 cup pickled jalapenos, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1/2 cup milk, and 1/2 tsp liquid smoke. Mix everything well until just combined.
