  • bread
  • chopped onion
  • diced hamburger pickles
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • fresh lemon juice
  • fresh parsley
  • salt & pepper

Directions:

Step 1

To start, drain the water from the can of tuna, then transfer the tuna into a medium-sized mixing bowl. Break the tuna with a fork, then add the finely chopped onion, a handful of chopped parsley, and diced hamburger pickles. Season with salt and ground black pepper, then add fresh lemon juice from half a lemon and 3 tbsp mayonnaise. Give it a good mix until combined.

Step 2

Next, grab a piece of bread and spread some softened butter on one side. Flip the bread over and spread the tuna mixture on the other side. Add a nice layer of cheese. Top it with another slice of bread with butter as well. Place the bread in the skillet and cover it with a lid in order for the cheese to melt. Grill each side for a couple of minutes until golden brown.
