This is one of my all-time favorite desserts to make and I’m sure this would be yours too once you’ve tried it. It’s very easy to prepare and you can make this ahead, and then enjoy it the next morning after a meal or for snack/ dessert time.
Step 1
In a large bowl, add the instant coconut cream pudding and whole milk, then whisk them until combined, and keep mixing for about 1 minute until it starts to thicken.
Step 2
Add the whipped topping, then gently fold them together until combined, and set it aside. Get a 9×13-inch baking dish, then place a layer of Graham crackers at the bottom, add 1/3 of the pudding mixture, and spread it evenly.
Step 3
Repeat the layers 2 more times with the remaining pudding mixture and Graham crackers, then add the last of the Graham crackers on top, and spread the remaining whipped topping until evenly covered.
Step 4
Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap, then place it in the fridge, and let it chill for at least 6 hours or up to overnight. Once ready to serve, top it with toasted coconut, then serve, and enjoy!
