In this step by step by step instructions, Quick & Easy Baking will demonstrate how to make these mini desserts with just two simple ingredients. Perfect as an afternoon snack or whenever you crave sweets. Learn how to make it by watching the video below.
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Take the premade chocolate from the fridge and start making the dough cups. Measure 1 tbsp of the cookie dough, roll it into a ball, then place it in a mini muffin pan. Repeat these steps until you fill up the muffin pan. Once done, take a teaspoon measuring spoon, dip the back in the flour, then mash each dough ball into the muffin cups. After this, place the muffin pan in the preheated 325 degrees F oven and bake them for ten to fifteen minutes. (You can bake them at 350 degrees F if you want the cookie cups crispier.)
After baking, remove the muffin pan from the oven and lightly push each cup down. Let them cool completely. In the meantime, put the chocolate frosting in an icing bag. Once cooled down, twist and pull the cookie cups up and out of the pan. Now, pipe the frosting into each cookie cup in a swirl form. Serve and enjoy!
