Pimento cheese is one of my absolute favorites ever and I could eat them with anything every day. But, making them at home is so much better than store-bought and they taste more delicious because you can add as much cheese as you want and season it to your preference. You can make this and keep it in your fridge, and it will last for up to 5 days, if you want you can also serve this at parties or gatherings, and you can even bring it to cookouts.
