Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then grease a baking sheet with coconut oil or nonstick cooking spray, and set it aside.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, add the bananas, then mash them with a fork until smooth and fully broken down, and add in the oats, peanut butter, chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
Step 3
Mix and fold everything together until well combined and a thick batter forms, then transfer the batter to the prepared baking sheet, and spread them evenly while pressing them gently and firmly.
Step 4
Place it in the preheated oven, then allow it to bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until fragrant and lightly browned, and allow it to cool completely. Slice it into 16 bars evenly, then serve, and enjoy!
