I host parties frequently, and these meatballs are a mainstay on my menu. I like how easy they are to make and how delicious they are. Try them today and see for yourself! Watch the video below to learn the step by step instructions.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Next, place the meatballs in an aluminum tray, then season with 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning, 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning salt, 1 tbsp onion powder, and 1 tbsp garlic powder. Toss the meatballs to coat them with the seasonings, then cover the tray with aluminum foil. Place the tray in the preheated 350 degrees F oven (middle rack) and bake the meatballs for 20 to 30 minutes. In the meantime, make the chili sauce.
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, add 2 bottles of Ploy Mae sweet chili sauce, 1 bottle of great value sweet chili sauce, and 1 tbsp of red pepper flakes. Mix everything well. Next, mix in 1/2 cup of sweet and sour sauce, and let the sauce thicken. Once it starts bubbling, remove it from the heat, and pour the sauce over the meatballs. Mix everything together, making sure the meatballs are fully coated. Place the meatballs back in the oven, and bake for another five to ten minutes. Garnish with some freshly chopped parsley and serve.
