Every mealtime, one of my favorite go-to recipes is this dish by The Country Cook on YouTube and it always manages to impress not only me but even my family. It’s so delicious that our mealtime always ends up with clean plates, they always look forward to it whenever I’m preparing this dish.

You can also serve this in larger batches if you are feeding a crowd and this recipe is perfect if you don’t have much time to prepare. All you have to do is set everything in your crockpot and let it do all the work while you do other things that you still have to do.
Step 1
Place the ribs in the crockpot, then sprinkle the au jus gravy mix evenly over the top, and add the ranch seasoning evenly as well.
Step 2
Place a stick of salted butter on top of the seasonings, then add the peppers on top and around the ribs, and cover the crockpot with the lid.
Step 3
Allow the ribs to cook on a low setting for about 6 to 8 hours or on a high setting for about 5 to 7 hours until fall-apart tender.
Step 4
Stir the ribs around every couple of hours to cook them more evenly, if you can, then serve immediately, and enjoy!
