Cut the sausages into 1-inch pieces, then slice the onion, bell peppers, and mushrooms, then add the sausages and veggies to the crockpot and pour in the diced tomatoes with roasted garlic. Add the oregano, basil, and crushed red pepper, then season them with salt to taste, and cover the crockpot with the lid. Cook them on a high setting for about 4 hours or on a low setting for about 7 hours, then ladle them in serving bowls, and serve. Enjoy!
