I love cabbage rolls, but sometimes, I wish making them were simpler and easier without all those rigorous steps. Luckily, I found this recipe from Keri Pratt on YouTube. This unstuffed cabbage roll recipe is the uncomplicated version of cabbage rolls. It lets you have all the flavors of the famous dish but is easier and much simpler to make.

It also cooks in one pan and only needs simple ingredients already in your kitchen. Perfect for busy weeknights that call for quick dishes. Your family will love this, trust me. Check out the video below to learn the step by step process, or continue reading down to read the full written instructions.
In a large skillet, brown your ground beef, then add the minced garlic and diced onion. Continue to cook until fragrant and crumbly (about five to seven minutes). After this, drain the excess liquid, then add the 4 cups of chopped cabbage, two cans of diced tomatoes, and one can of tomato sauce. Season with 1 tsp paprika, 1 tbsp of brown sugar, 2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp of ground black pepper.

After this, pour 1/2 cup beef broth, then mix everything until combined. Bring the mixture to a boil, then cover and reduce the heat. Simmer it until the cabbage is tender (about 30 minutes). Serve over some steamed rice. Enjoy!
