I might have found the perfect dessert for all those who love strawberries and lemon. This is the strawberry lemon bundt cake by Home Cooking Adventure. It is rich in strawberry flavors, super moist, and delicious. We love making this cake for birthdays, Valentine’s Day, gatherings, holidays, or any occasion. People of all ages can surely enjoy this yummy dessert recipe.

This recipe is easier than you can imagine. All you need to do is mix all the dry ingredients and wet ingredients, then transfer the mixture to the bundt pan. While the cake is baking, make the chocolate ganache and pour it when the cake is done. How easy is that? Give this a try – I am sure it will be your new favorite cake.

In a large bowl, add the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder. Whisk to combine.
In a different bowl, add the butter, sugar, and vegetable oil. Mix well until creamy and well combined then add the lemon zest, vanilla, and eggs (add one at a time).
While whisking the wet mixture, gradually incorporate the flour mixture, alternating with the buttermilk. Add the strawberry puree and red food coloring (if adding). Mix well.
Add the fresh strawberries and 1 tablespoon of flour in a bowl. Toss to coat then fold into the batter.
Transfer the mixture to a greased and floured bundt pan. Smoothen the top.
Place inside the oven and bake at 350F for about 60 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle. Once done let it cool in the pan for about 10 to 15 minutes. Flip then cool completely.
Add the white chocolate and whipping cream to a heat-proof bowl and melt using the double boiler method. Once melted remove from heat then add the lemon zest.
Pour the mixture over the cake, then garnish with strawberry halves.
