Ingredients:
- ready rolled puff pastry sheet
- 3 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/5 cups whipping cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 10 pcs. strawberries
- 1 tbsp icing sugar

Lay your pastry sheet and cut it into twelve pieces. Put them in a parchment paper lined baking tray and brush some melted butter over. Place them in a 350 degrees F oven and bake for fifteen minutes. In the mean time, make the strawberry filling.

To a large bowl, add 1 1/5 cups whipping cream and 3 tbsp sugar. Whisk until stiff peaks form. After this, chop the strawberries. Once the pastry sheets are done baking, cool them down completely. Now, start assembling the cream puffs. Slice the baked pastry sheet in half and generously spread the whipped cream, then some chopped strawberries. After this, put the other half on top and set it aside. Repeat these steps to make more cream puffs. Serve and enjoy!
