You’ll only need a few household items for this DIY foot spa. It’s quick and easy, and most of all, it’s super effective! I do this regularly, and my feet have never been smoother. Watch the video tutorial below to learn the step by step instructions. Thanks to Smart Fox for this fantastic trick!

You’ll Need:

  • banana peel
  • a sock
  • cling wrap

Directions:

Step 1

Take the banana out of the peel and set it aside (you can eat it right away or use it for a smoothie or other recipes you like.) Next, lay the banana peel, inside exposed, on the ground, and place your foot over it. Secure it by wearing a sock. Leave it for about an hour to heal your cracked heels and make your feet soft.

Step 2

Another variation you can try is to rub the banana peel all over your feet, concentrating on the part where you have calluses, then wrap your feet with a cling wrap. After this, put on a sock and leave it for an hour. If there are any banana peels left on your feet, simply rinse them off under running water. Repeat this regularly to maintain your feet.
