The flavors are out of this world, and everyone will surely love its unique texture. Even picky eaters will love this creamy version of the traditional cornbread.

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, add 14 oz of creamed corn, 1/2 cup melted butter, 14 oz of frozen corn (thawed), 7 oz sour cream, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/3 cup sugar. Mix well and set it aside. In another bowl, add 2/3 cup of all-purpose flour, 2/3 cup corn flour, and 1 tbsp baking powder. Mix well. Once done, combine the creamed corn and flour mixture, making sure they are properly mixed.

Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish, spreading it evenly, then place it in the preheated 375 degrees F oven. Bake for 55 minutes. After 55 minutes, top it with 1 cup of shredded cheese and continue to bake for another 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
