Take slices of bread and remove the crust. Flatten each one with a rolling pin. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce, then add pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Roll them up, and spread more pizza sauce on top. Sprinkle more mozzarella cheese. Place in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper on all sides. Set up a breading station with ketchup in one bowl and bread crumbs in the other. Dip into the ketchup, then coat with breadcrumbs. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Add the cornstarch and salt to the mashed potatoes. Mix well until it forms into a uniform dough. Take a small amount and form it into an oval shape. Place on a plate, then press the tines of the fork to make little stripes on top. Brush with olive oil on top. Place in the air fryer and set the heat to 356F for 20 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce.

In a different flat container, add the parmesan cheese. Dip the sticks into the spiced butter mix and roll in the parmesan. Cook at 356F for just 5 minutes in your air fryer.
