To start, fry your chopped bacon until brown, then add the diced onion and minced garlic. Continue to cook for a few more minutes or until fragrant, then add the smoked turkey drumstick, the collard greens, and 4 cups of chicken broth. Season with one pack of secret onion and soup mix, 1 tsp ground black pepper, salt, 1 tbsp chicken bouillon, 1 tbsp red hot sauce, 2 tbsp better than bouillon, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, and 1 tsp sugar. Once done seasoning, add another 4 cups of chicken broth. Mix everything well, then cover it with its lid and simmer for one hour.

After an hour, pull the turkey drumstick out, remove its bone, then shred it to pieces. Transfer it back to the pot, mix well, then simmer for another five minutes to let everything incorporate. Serve and enjoy!
