This method by Cleaning Solutions can help you remove small scratches with ease. It’s an easy repair that I have been doing for a couple of years now, and it always works. For big scratches, you might want to try a different method, as this may not work. All you need is two simple household products, baking soda and toothpaste.

The first thing you need to do is wipe the lenses. Remove any dust or hard particles that may scratch it using a microfiber cloth. Do not use any rough cloth as it may add scratches.
Once you are sure it’s clean, add a dot of toothpaste to each lens, then sprinkle a little bit of baking soda. Spread the mixture to the lenses gently using your fingers. Make sure to cover the sides as well.
Fill the bowl with water and gently rinse the lenses. Remove all the mixture, especially on the sides.
Wipe it dry with a clean microfiber cloth.
