In a mixing jug, add 7 oz hot water, 5.48 oz milk, and 3 1/2 tbsp butter. Microwave for two minutes and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 tbsp sugar, 2 cups plain flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and the melted butter mixture. Mix well, then stir in 3.53 oz pumpkin puree. Transfer to a piping bag and slowly pipe and cut the batter in a pot of hot cooking oil. Deep fry the churros until golden brown and set them aside.

For the coating, combine 6 3/4 tbsp golden sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp allspice, and 1/4 tsp ground cloves and whisk together. Once done, evenly coat each churro in the mixture and set them aside.
Now, for the ganache, add 3.38 oz double cream, 5.29 oz chopped dark chocolate, and 4 1/8 tsp golden syrup in a mixing jug and microwave for one minute. Once done, mix the ganache well and serve it together with the spiced churros. Enjoy!
