Step 1
Wash and clean the chicken as needed, then cut them into bite-sized pieces, and transfer them into a large mixing bowl. Drizzle them with olive oil, then add the plain yogurt, minced garlic, onion powder, ginger powder paprika, ground cumin, turmeric powder, freshly chopped parsley and thyme, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Toss everything together until well distributed and coated, then cover the bowl, and place it in the fridge to marinate for about 1 hour or up to overnight. Soak the skewers in water for around 20 minutes, then line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and place a wire rack over it.

Step 3
Once the chicken is ready, start inserting them on the skewer, then place them on the prepared wire rack over the baking sheet, and space them apart evenly. Place them in a preheated oven at 450°F, then let them roast for 15 minutes, turn them over, and allow them to roast for 5 more minutes.
Step 4
This next step is optional, if you want you set your oven to broil and let them cook for an additional 2 minutes to make them more golden brown. Garnish them with freshly chopped parsley, then serve, and enjoy!
