In a mixing bowl, add the olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, white vinegar, crushed ginger, and crushed garlic, then stir them together until incorporated and well combined. Clean and wash the salmon, then pat them dry, and place them on a baking dish in a single layer.

Pour the sauce all over the salmon until well coated, then set it aside, and allow it to marinate for about 1 hour. Preheat your oven to broil, then place the baking dish of marinated salmon in the oven, and broil them for about 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
