Ever since I tried banana cheesecake, I have never wanted banana dessert served any other way, because this is one of the best treats I have ever tasted! Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy and there are no more clumps, then add the sugar, and continue to beat until incorporated. Pour in the heavy cream, then add the vanilla, and beat them together until stiff peaks start to form.

Step 2
In a separate medium-sized mixing bowl, add the pudding mix and milk, then whisk them together until incorporated, and place the mixture in the refrigerator to chill for about 3 minutes or until thickened. Add the mixture to the cheesecake mixture, then fold them together until well combined, and pour in half portion to the bottom of the prepared graham cracker crust spreading it as evenly as possible.
Step 3
Put a single layer of slide bananas and Nilla wafers over the filling as shown in the video, then pour the remaining half portion of the filling over them, and spread it smoothly. Garnish with crushed Nillas, then place the cheesecake in the refrigerator, and let it chill for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm. Serve with dollops of whipped cream, banana slice, and Nilla wafer, and enjoy!
