Now, in a medium-sized pot over medium heat, add 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil. Once it heats up, add the chopped onions with a pinch of kosher salt. Saute until translucent, then add the chopped garlic, asparagus, cannellini beans, and 4 cups of low-sodium vegetable broth.
