I’ve been looking for a dessert to serve at a large gathering I’m hosting this weekend; then I found this cherry cream cheese dessert from Recipe Becomes Dish on YouTube. These dessert cups look so tasty and heavenly – that I knew I had to serve them at the gathering. What I like about this recipe is that it’s so easy to put together and fun at the same time. With those delicious layers, who could resist these scrumptious cups?
I also like the fact that it’s inexpensive and would make a big batch. I can also make these ahead of time and just chill them in the fridge. My kids will surely love making this dessert with me, as it looks so fun! And if you don’t like cherries, you can absolutely substitute them with strawberries, blueberries, or anything you like. Try this dessert today and see for yourself! Watch the video below to learn the full recipe.
In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, white sugar, and melted butter. Mix well and transfer it to your prepared glass. (Make sure to push the mixture to the bottom to form the crust.) Set it aside. Next, in a medium bowl, whisk the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer, then gradually add a can of sweetened condensed milk, some freshly squeezed lemon juice, and vanilla extract.

Now, start assembling the dessert cups. Add some whisked cream cheese to the prepared crust, then top it with some cherry pie filling. Repeat these to make more dessert cups. Chill it afterward, then serve.
