I can’t recommend this garlic rice with fish recipe from Spain on a Fork on Youtube; it’s one of the best rice recipes I’ve ever tried. It’s bursting with lots of flavors and cooked to perfection! I love how the fish complimented the rice perfectly with all the flavors balanced out. What’s more, it’s super easy to make! Try this today and see for yourself.
Add 4 cups of vegetable broth in a saucepan, then turn in the heat to medium. Next, in a pan over medium heat, heat 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, then add the thinly sliced cloves. Saute for four to five minutes. Once the garlic turned brown, add 1 cup of Spanish round rice and season it with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper. Mix everything continuously for about two to three minutes.

After dry cooking the rice, gently add the simmering broth. Mix everything together and let the rice cook, stirring it every three to four minutes. In the meantime, pat the cod fish dry completely with a kitchen towel, season with salt and ground black pepper, then cut the cod into bite-size pieces. Back to the rice, after 12 minutes, add the cod pieces into the pan in a single layer and evenly spaced them out. Place a lid on the pan, turn the heat to medium-low, then simmer for another three to five minutes or until the rice and fish are perfectly cooked through. Once the rice is completely cooked through, remove the pan from the heat and serve.
